To take diners on a journey to Japan, Chef keeps on changing seasonal selection of fresh raw fish imported from Japan three times a week at Sushiya. Highly skilled Sushi Chef promises to fascinate guests to have tantalizing dining experience as if you are transported to the land of rising sun. It is Chef’s passion and ethos to provide guests carefully selected seasonal ingredients such as Honmaguro for tuna, and Akitakomachi for Japanese premium rice, and yet Sushiya maintains its price to be reasonable for numbers of customers to enjoy.
